TERMS
Orders can be placed directly by mail, telephone or fax to Studio Russo.

• 50 % down payment is required to begin work.(A written order confirmation will be sent)
• 50% net 30 days when shipped.(Full payment before shipment for International orders)
• Shipping is FOB – Buyer.(Buyer pays all costs from studio and is responsible for insuring merchandise)
• Price Points:Wholesale 40%Designer 20%
• Minimum Order for Wholesale Price Points(3 Pieces and $ 3,000)

• Order cancellation or returns subject to restocking charge of 5% of order amount.
• ll prices and specifications are subject to change based on availability of materials.

RETURNS
No merchandise can be returned without approval. Buyer is responsible for insurance, packing and shipping costs.

WARRANTY
Studio Russo warrants all components of merchandise for one year from purchase. The warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts only. Installation is not included. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, alteration or misuse.
